Job Title: Programme Engineering Manager

Location: Radway Green, Cheshire.We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

What you’ll be doing:

● Ownership and leading the product development strategy and roadmaps within the Light Munitions IDT, including identification of funding streams and routes to market

● Leadership and successful delivery of the product development portfolio

● Development and identification of capability area(s) to support the wider team and business needs

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

● Technical/Engineering background but strong/proven track record for delivery of projects

● Degree or equivalent in an engineering related subject

● Understanding and experience of working across both the engineering and project lifecycles

Desirable:

Design Review / Phase Review Assessor / Chair trained

● Chartered Engineer or working towards

● PM qualification and experience with PM tools (i.e., Project Hub, budget management, risk management)

The Programme Engineering team:

This unique role is key to the organisation as you will be the subject matter expert for our customers and the contracts we hold with them, along with identifying future technology developments and driving our product strategy. This role will be a key development step for excellent career progression into Chief Engineering roles and Technical Programme Management roles.
