Job title: Release Manager

Salary: Circa £40k pending experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintaining the ‘release schedule’ within our ITSM toolset (ServiceNow) raising appropriate records for ‘Releases, Release Phases, Tasks and defects
- Working with Project Managers ensuring appropriate deployment and regression plans are documented, tested, and signed off for each release phase
- Providing a link into the Operational Change Process, ensuring appropriate change records are raised and approved for each release phase
- Coordinating testing with suppliers and communication with business administrators and end users as we manage the end of life of obsolete products
Your skills and experiences:
- Knowledge of Release management and IT Service Management
