Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Tokyo, Japan: We offer a range of flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: Up to 7,500,000 JPY depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Work station at office entrance; first point of contact meeting and greeting visitors to our Tokyo office
- Office and administration support, providing assistance to team members in order to achieve tasks as necessary
- Providing support/ advice to overseas visitors, ranging from monthly spending reports for office members, hotel reservations, restaurant bookings, and temporary accommodation to car lease and car insurance, etc
- Support the Management team with diary management, co-ordination of meetings, and overseas travel arrangements, along with any other duties as and when required
Your skills and experiences:
- Strong administration experience
- Past experience supporting an office team
- Fluent in Japanese (Native Proficiency) with the ability to communicate in English confidently both written and spoken (Professional working proficiency)
- Flexibility and attention to detail is key with the ability to multi-task and put your hand to most things

As an Executive Assistant you will support a team of seven, including acting as Executive Assistant to the Country Director.
