Job title: Early Careers Apprentice Practitioner

Salary: £40,000+
What you’ll be doing:
Managing the delivery of centralised specialist Early Careers & Skills process and practices across the UK operation
Leading service review and improvement initiatives in line with changing business and education requirements
Effectively engaging with key internal and external stakeholders to co-ordinate delivery against Early Careers & Skills business outcomes
Ensuring currency with all government reform and legislative requirements, communicating key changes to relevant stakeholders
Acting as Subject Matter Expert within given specialist area and providing proactive advice, guidance and support to all relevant operational areas
Representing Company interests in stakeholder and partner meetings as required
Leading on the effective reporting of service performance, producing regular reports and KPI updates
Ensuring robust data governance and compliance is routinely applied across all related service processes
Having effective stakeholder management and customer intimacy to ensure service delivery is aligned to business need and expectation
Using Canvas virtual learning platform to deliver behavioural curriculum to 1st year apprentices
Undertaking line manager responsibilities for some of the 1st year apprentice population including attendance management and all reviews
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Relevant experience within Early Careers, Training or Learning and Development
- Strong IT skills
Desirable
- Mental health awareness training
- Completion of a recognised apprenticeship
- HNC level qualification or equivalent experience
