Job title: HR Associate

Salary: £35,000
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate recruitment initiatives
- Coordinate, administer and facilitate new starter inductions
- Data provision – e.g Employee Forum, circulating weekly key messages etc
- Involvement and providing support in specialist HR Projects – e.g Early Careers strategy
- Supporting and facilitating the integrated work team and support the HR community within the Submarine team
- Routine HR Enquiries
Your skills and experiences:
- Some prior HR work experience
- Confident working with data and as part of a team
- A desire to progress and develop your career within HR
- Foundation HR Qualification would be desirable but not essential

The HR Team:
You will be joining a team of 7 but will be part of a larger organisation of the Submarine HR program which is around 100 team members supporting The People Plan for Integrated Combat System.
