Job Title: IT Engineering Manager

Salary: £60,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Working closely with Project Managers and System Designers to deliver our projects
Leadership to a diverse engineering team of 10 to 20 engineers
Scheduling and resource management of all aspects of the project lifecycle
Adhering to business processes and governance
Facilitating the evolution of innovation ideas
Progressing reviews, metrics and onward reporting
Supporting planning and estimating
Managing technical risks
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Degree qualification in related (STEM) subject or equivalent experience
Leading the delivery or support of Enterprise, Project, System or Product level solutions and/or services
Experience with System Engineering tools and processes
Comfortable with Requirements Engineering process and Management techniques
Desirable:
Ability to produce technical publications, diagrams, slide packs and spreadsheets; track progress and reporting metrics
Familiarity with planning tools, budgets, costings, and milestones
