Job title: Recruitment Advisor
Location: Samlesbury – (Hybrid – onsite minimum 3 days a week with flexible hours to suit business needs)
Salary: £44,491+ (FTC – 12 months) - Commensurate with skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing Candidates — working with key KSA stakeholders, hiring managers and function representatives to understand the resource demand for their area of the business. Identify the most appropriate sourcing route to attract candidates. Planning, organising and attending recruitment events and roadshows
- Recruitment Administration — operate, maintain, and update SAP/Taleo, Recruitment Databases, produce Ad Hoc reports as required by Hiring Managers to support weekly update meetings. Provide support and guidance to team members and Line Managers
- Interviewing and Selection — Coordination of all administration tasks required for the interviewing and selection process
- Maintenance of process and presentational material — Assist in reviewing and updating content of departmental processes, presentations, and reports
- Contracting and Expatriation — ensure all the necessary administrative tasks have been completed for successful candidates in accordance with departmental processes through to completion of contractual documentation and expatriation to KSA
- Problem Solving - Investigate problems, queries and issues within the recruitment process and seek to resolve in a timely manner

Essential:
- Excellent communication skills - The role will involve communicate via email, telephone, and face to face both internal and external to the team/department
- Organisation skills are essential with the ability to priorities own workload
- Flexibility and adaptability to provide support to the wider team, to attend recruitment events as required which involve travel and overnight stays

The KSA Recruitment Team:
You will be part of a Standalone recruitment team providing support to the KSA customers on their Fast Jet and Naval operations. Within this role you will manage the end-to-end recruitment of Expatriates into KSA. The role will require travel and overnight stays to support recruitment roadshows throughout the UK and Overseas.
