Job Title: Senior Operations Engineer

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for facilitating meetings regarding nuclear facility requirements with ALL stakeholders

  • Collation of all end user requirements

  • Procurement of Tooling and Equipment following correct business processes

  • Supporting the development of organisational processes

  • Responsible for liaising with stakeholders both internal and external

  • Understanding, developing and implementing greater customer and external relations

  • Accessing, have a clear understanding of and applying the Quality and HS&E Management System documentation, for example Process Instructions, Workmanship Standards, Risk Assessments etc, applicable to your particular work scope and to obey all HS&E rules and control measures

  • Identify, assess and manage risks in relation to the project

  • Perform project reporting, including consolidation of input from multiple sources to provide coherent narrative reports and support effective escalation when required

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Industry knowledge – Operational Background(Any Trade Background – EG Electrical/Mechanical)

  • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Packages

  • Ability to manage and plan small varied projects working with own initiative

Desirable:

  • Ability to analyse and interpret technical drawings

  • Project Management experience
