Job title: Early Careers Wellbeing Coordinator

Salary:Circa £32,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- The role holder will plan and action as required all necessary support activities ensuring deliverables are completed in a timely manner to support key operational requirements and projects
- The individual will lead on aspects of process improvements that lead to quality improvements and/or cost efficiencies
- The role will ensure that programme performance is managed and monitored to a high standard
- Supporting inclusive learning and wellbeing
- Coordinate wellbeing activities of early careers programmes
- Coordinate safeguarding and SHE learning.
- Engaging with different people
Your skills and experiences:
Essential -
- Broad understanding of the Early Careers & Skills business operation.
- A professional with a track record of occupational competence.
- Safeguarding and Wellbeing experience and knowledge
- Stakeholder engagement at all levels
Desirable -
- Specialist knowledge of legislative, awarding body and funding systems requirements.
- Social work/ education background
