Job title: Software Developer
Location: Yeovil. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements
Salary: £37,500- £46,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing technical solutions and providing software development of those solutions
- Testing involved in verifying the above, with supporting system test and integration activities
- Providing software development of those solutions
- Adherence to project processes and software development practices
- Generation and management of requirements and production of technical documentation
- Supporting System Test and Integration Activities
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Software development lifecycle and processes (e.g. design, coding, unit testing), and tools (e.g. UML design tools, code IDEs)
- Experience with C++ and Java desktop-based applications
- Windows O/S experience
- Object-oriented design/development including UML, SysML or XML
