What you’ll be doing:
- Make this role your own! This newly – created position leads strategic recruitment activity for the large Maritime & Land Sector with key focus areas including:
- Leading annual recruitment demand forecasting and ongoing management
- Development and implementation of a 3–5-year Sector Talent supply strategy that includes key recruitment events and branding campaigns
- Closely monitor and manage the service provision to the Sector from key internal and external service providers
- Work closely with the enterprise Resourcing CoE as the recruitment Voice of the Sector and communicating important information and updates back into the Sector
- Providing reporting and insights to support business strategy and performance
- Participate in projects to modernise and improve enterprise recruitment practices and systems
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experienced in recruitment demand forecasting and monitoring at scale
- High level of competence in leading targeted employer branding initiatives
- Experience driving recruitment performance through effective supplier management and use of reporting and analytics.
- Ability to effectively lead and influence across a complex, global business dealing with senior stakeholders
- CIPD or equivalent experience is desirable

Part of a new strategic Sector Talent team, the Sector Resourcing Lead will provide resourcing expertise across all Maritime & Land businesses Services to lead development and delivery of an integrated and consolidated Maritime and Land strategic supply plan.
