What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring program quality requirements are met
- Taking responsibility for the resolution of quality issues through the structured application of problem solving and root cause analysis techniques
- Primary focal point for customer quality concerns including investigating and writing failure and repair reports
- Responsible for release of Product in accordance with CAA Part 21 and 145
- Working with key stakeholders and supporting daily Quality activities such as non-conformance management and technical support
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Previous experience within the commercial aviation sector, part 145 environment preferred
- Good understanding of Quality Systems within a maintenance environment
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality Systems requirements, EN9100 (AS9100), UK CAA, FAA, EASA, CAAC
- Understanding of technical data and Standard Operating Procedures
- Experience of using various effective root cause corrective action techniques

The Operations Technical Support team:
You will work as part of an integrated team comprising of Quality, Manufacturing and Production Engineers working on products maintained at our Electronic Systems site in Rochester. This role will allow you to gain further knowledge and experience in the Quality role within the manufacturing lifecycle, processes including non-conformance management, auditing, Verification and Validation.
