Job title: Graduate Skills & Development Coach
Location: UK Wide (the role will involve some travel across our UK sites)

Salary: £39,000 - £42,582 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and developing engaging course content that brings our personal effectiveness programme to life
- Delivering impactful, purposeful and contextualised learning that embraces both individual learner and business needs
- Embracing the use of innovative delivery methods and champion the use of the Virtual Learning Environment to ensure programme delivery embraces technology and modern practice
- Coaching graduate apprentices to reach their full potential by providing key support, mentoring, challenge and motivation throughout all aspects of their learning journey
- Assessing and monitoring graduate progress & performance in line with programme expectations and effectively prepare graduate towards successfully completing their end point review
- Supporting additional projects associated with the training activities as required for example the Community/ Charity Project
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent
- Coaching experience gained within a corporate L&D environment
- Experienced professional in Personal Effectiveness training and Graduate coaching
- Experience in delivering/ coaching Self Awareness through psychometric assessments (e.g. Insights/ Lumina Sparks)
- Enhanced DBS and full security clearance
Desirable
- Training & Development qualifications NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Psychometric Self-Assessment practitioner qualifications
The Team:
You will be joining a relatively new team supporting the graduates at all stages of the Accelerate programme, reporting to a Graduate Leader. The team size is increasing dramatically due to increase in graduate intake.
