Job title: HR Advisor

Salary:£52,084+ (dependent on skills and experience)
What you’ll be doing:
Support the Head of HR to shape the Joint Venture Organisation and Workforce Strategy; aligned to the FCAS Business Strategic objectives
Champion continuous improvement, and development of International business construct
Support the development and implementation of the Organisational Design route to the Joint Venture; within an international environment whilst being conscious of current policies and processes of current environment
Project Management of planning, delivery, and the deployment of the Workforce Strategy
Work closely with Directors and delegates responsibilities to Senior and non-senior Leads/Partners; including broader stakeholders, i.e., CoE’s, specialist consultants, etc
Operate in a unionised, project-based organisation, working closely with external partners both in the UK and Internationally
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
Knowledge in UK Employment Law
Ability to work to Project Plan and timescales
CIPD HR experience
Ability to work with diverse teams across the business/organisation
Desirable
Awareness of Italian and Japanese employment practice
Experience of establishing or working on joint ventures
