What you’ll be doing:
- Coordination of the US Programmes Management Committee Reviews and the collation, consolidation and integration of management information.
- Coordination and management of the US Programmes OAS and Business Risk cycle; devising a schedule of activity, launch of the LOB/Function LOB's, developing presentation materials, including advice, guidance and timescales.
- Perform the role of USP Information Records Manager, assisting the Air Line Leader and Chief Counsel to oversee a programme relating to Information Management, its ongoing operation, maintenance and improvement.
- Provide support to the Business Winning function through coordination of the Bid Status Review and Sales & Marketing IEPs.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Experience in discharging a similar Business Operations role
- An organised individual that has attention to detail who can work on their own initiative
- Confident in liaising with Senior Stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Desirable:
- Understanding of Information Management Policy
- Exposure to Project Delivery and Control Activities
- SharePoint administration experience

The role is within the US Programmes Business Operations Team that is responsible for facilitating the production of Management information on behalf of the business unit. The role will provide fantastic opportunity to understand how one of the BAE Systems key business units is managed.
