Job title: Senior Project Professional – Delivery (Early Careers)
Location: Farnborough, Frimley, Weymouth, Bristol, Portsmouth - we offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements
Salary: Up to £45,000, depending on skills & experience
What you’ll be doing:
You'll be working in partnership with our Shared Services and Function teams, as part of the wider HR Team
You’ll support the Early Careers lifecycle from applications and interviews through to exits into substantive roles and everything in between
You'll oversee rotations and placement management for Apprentices
You'll understand the full nature and requirements of all available Early Careers schemes
You'll support Personal and Career Development pathways
You'll perform SWOT analysis and other necessary reporting
You'll mentor and support candidates within safeguarding principles, offering life transition support and a coaching approach to their ongoing development
Your skills and experiences:
Experience of working with young people and/or apprenticeship schemes and graduate frameworks
Ability to coach, mentor and motivate people
Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management
Proficient with MS Office
Proven experience of a customer-facing role
Desirable:
Potentially from a teaching, nursing or coaching background
