Job title: Project Lead Mobilisation

What you’ll be doing:
Reporting into the Delivery Director, the role is the primary support to drive the stand-up of the Kuwait contract Mobilisation phase.To include but not limited to the following.
To refine and update the existing Project Plan to include all the tasks required to progress the Mobilisation activities of the KATC
To work with the function and SME support to ensure the Mobilisation plan is robust to support all necessary activities to support the delivery phase of the KATC
To support in driving the progress of the Mobilisation Project plan; involving engagement with SMEs, functions and wider stakeholders to progress the plan.
To work alongside and support as required the Joint Venture (JV) Lead PM
To support in developing a Mobilisation Plan document that underpins the Enterprise project plan across all entities involved – the roadmap of the fiscal, legal and Contractual flow of the contract from the Contract Award stage and throughout the lifecycle of the contract.
To pull in best practices and Lessons Learned regionally and from recent contract delivery plans to implement them into the Kuwait scenario.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Good knowledge of Project Management techniques
Good breath of business, product and process knowledge is required for the role including Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain, in order to ensure the development and delivery of optimized solutions, with the appreciation of the operational issues that may affect these functions
Proven experience of project planning, and use of associated toolsets.
Desirable:
- Experience in the establishment of Joint Ventures would be an advantage.

The Project Lead – Mobilisation Team:
- The role is in support of the mobilisation of a new Training Capability to a new customer, being delivered through a number of organizational entities, both within the UK and off-shore. This is a great opportunity to get involved at the early phase of a capability mobilisation and to actively deploy and develop your Business Management skills in a complex multi-discipline environment.
- Reporting to the Programme Manager, the roles consist of:
- Working cross-functionally and with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Functions and wider stakeholders to refine and develop extant mobilisation plans to ensure they support all necessary activities to support the delivery requirements of the Training Capability.
- Embedding best practices and Lessons Learned from recent near-neighbour Capability mobilisation plans
- Supporting delivery of the of the Mobilisation Project plans; integrating with SMEs, functions and wider stakeholders.
- Driving activities and actions to conclusion, with a tangible end result which will have real business benefit.
