Job title: Air – Software Compliancy Assistant (Licencing)

Salary:£33,314+ (dependent on skills and experience)
What you’ll be doing:
Ensure appropriate decision making and due diligence is performed by the Air business to right size our software and vendor portfolio
Ensure BAE Software Licence Monitoring & compliance processes are fit for purpose
Deliver the Air Software Licence renewal and Licence Compliance programmes of work
Provide regular reporting and intelligence to key Stakeholders
Support software demand forecasting across our 5yr financial period
Exposure to our wider Software Asset compliancy programmes of work
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Minimum of 2 A Levels, or equivalent and GCSE passes in English and Mathematics. An IT related qualification such as computer science would be advantageous
Strong communication skills, engagement with key stakeholders at varying levels
Proficient in the use of MS Office tools
ITIL Foundation certified and experience
Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM)

The Service Demand and Performance team:
The successful candidate will be joining a small, dynamic team focused on the ongoing compliancy of our software estate. The team sits within a larger Digital & Technology Services organisation central to IT delivery to BAE Air.
The role would ideally suit someone looking to start their career in Digital IT Services. On the job training and support will be provided with a significant scope for development.
