Job title:Technical Management Engineer – Air

Salary: £52,084 - £57,344 Depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

    You will take a leading role interfacing with our customers, understanding their requirements and keeping them involved during product development

      You will be able to influence a diverse and highly skilled community of engineers, whilst also interfacing with non-engineering functions across the business

        You will oversee integration of systems at all lifecycle stages as well as ensuring our engineering product meets expected standards

          You will work with our engineering leads to propose, develop and deliver engineering products and solutions that meet our customer’s needs

          Your skills and experiences:

          Essential:

            Degree educated in a STEM discipline or HND/HNC with sound experience of the Engineering Lifecycle

              Proven experience in engineering integration of complex systems across engineering lifecycles

                Previous experience dealing with customers on a detailed technical level

                  Excellent people influencing and leadership skills

                  Desirable:

                    Previous experience in use of structured engineering toolsets, which may include the Siemens Teamcentre PLM toolset and the Atlassian suite of tools

                      Experience of Model Based Engineering approaches and the supporting methods and toolsets

                        Awareness of Project Management methodology and experience working across non-engineering functions.
