Job title: Senior Integration Engineer

What you’ll be doing:
Configuration Management of the baseline for all CS Equipment
Work with key stakeholders to provide design input and specialist advice for the services, and infrastructure design and specification
Provide support as the interface between the Platform Installation team and wider project delivery teams
Integration of newly installed combat system hardware and software products
Testing and verification of combat systems products built by external suppliers as well as the internal Common Infrastructure team
Fault finding and troubleshooting of hardware defects on installed equipment
Ensuring developed products adhere to test plans and the original customer requirements
Decomposition of requirements to development of Integrated and System level verification requirements tests
Updating Test Documentation, processes and Tools as Integrated Combat System requirements evolve
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Experience of system level and integration testing
Experience of testing military products
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Desirable:
Degree or equivalent qualification or experience in an engineering discipline
Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartered status
Maritime industry experience
Experience of DOORS for requirements capture

The In-service support team:
Working with the Platform Installation team within In Service Combat Systems, supporting the planning and installation and testing of cutting-edge equipment for nuclear submarines. The successful candidate will travel across the country, so they need to be willing to work away from the office.
