What you’ll be doing:
Understanding the capabilities being delivered
Creating documents
Defining 'As Is' and 'To Be' process maps and documents
Understanding the data architecture, and attributes as part of these activities
Identifying any process workflows and data required
Collaborating with others
Creating plans to deliver required outputs
Taking responsibility for own delivery
Working to common objectives as a team
Leading and supporting others to achieve delivery of goals
Your skills and experiences:
Honours Degree in a STEM subject or Equivalent Experience in Manufacturing Engineering
Experience with process writing, map creation, and the ability to deliver presentations

The Manufacturing team:
As a Principal Manufacturing Engineer, you will work with a team whose objective is to deliver a strategic improvement project, Manufacturing System of Work, into the BAE SYSTEMS Submarines business. As part of this exciting business change and transformation, the role will be to understand and deliver new business capabilities which enable the Manufacturing System of Work and improve business performance. As part of the MSoW delivery, a new MES toolset, SAP PE&O will be deployed, where your role will be to understand and create the data and processes required for the target operating model and achieve alignment to that required by SAP PE&O.
