What you’ll be doing:
Source programme placements
Journey person alignment for apprentices
Lead and develop the team to achieve their work programme, implementing all performance measures
Develop and oversee the implementation of department processes
Communicate effectively with the Apprentices, Early careers team, Operations management, contractors, and customers.
Produce documentation accordingly developing innovative process solutions
Acting as Early careers point of contact and apprentice Safeguarding
Central Point of contact in function for the recruitment and end Point assessments
Provide trade apprentices with a suitable environment and meaningful occupation
Supporting, leading and developing our future apprentices
Your skills and experiences:
Experience in a leadership role
Coaching and mentoring skills
Trade background (Electrical & Outfit / Pipe/Mechanical / Welding/Steelwork)
Lead, develop and motivate any reporting and assigned staff through good communication and honest open management techniques in keeping with the company values, behaviours, policies and procedures

The Discipline Early Careers Team:
This is a new and exciting position and a great opportunity to work with and develop our growing apprentice population in their early careers. Liaising with The Early Careers Team and Programme & Function leads to source placements and carry out end point assessments.
