What you’ll be doing:
Being accountable for developing and leading the current and future workforce capability
Acting effectively as a central point of contact for SQEP and training within the operations function
Supporting, leading and developing our future apprentices
Providing support and guidance to develop the workforce within your discipline
Leading, developing and motivating staff through good communication and honest open management techniques while keeping in line with the company values, behaviours policies and procedures
Ensure competencies are relevant on role profiles for assessment.
Interpret SQEP assessment outputs to identify skills gaps and set out future training plans
Ensure training for discipline is in ace and relevant for the different phases of build
Your skills and experiences:
Broad knowledge if the operations function
Strong leadership management to support the discipline manager in all aspects
Trade background (Electrical & Outfit / Pipe /Mechanical / Welding/ Steelwork)
Leadership management within a similar environment
Strong Microsoft office background (excel)
Understanding of operations process and delivery

The Discipline SQEP Lead:
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Operations function to develop suitably qualified personnel. You will be providing support and guidance to develop the workforce and you will act as the central point of contact for SQEP and training within the operations function. You will be accountable for developing and leading the current and future workforce capability in line with the business requirements.
