What you’ll be doing:
Perform Systems Engineering design tasks and investigations with a focus System Architecture definition for internal Assured Navigation System behaviour and nonnavigational stakeholders
To undertake functional design and qualification for their scope of responsibility and to provide evidence for acceptance and fitness for purpose
Specifying and managing interfaces with external systems and sub-systems
Assessing system performance and reviewing evidence against requirements
Articulating, both verbal and written, technical aspects in support of stakeholder workshops, design reviews and acceptance
Taking ownership for delivery of activities whilst engaging and communicating with the engineering team
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Experience of complex system design
Understanding of Requirements Management and Qualification
Degree/HNC or equivalent in Engineering or related discipline
Knowledge of the techniques of Systems Engineering and Model Based Engineering
Desirable:
Experience in interface integration
Experience in system qualification and sign-off
