Job title: Lead Business Analyst
Location: Scotstoun – Remote and Hybrid available
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Lead the analysis of varied work streams
Lead business change work streams end-to-end within IT enabling business transformation programmes.
Understand how changes to process, products, services, software and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value
Oversee the collation, management, validation and cleansing of data in applications deployed throughout the Naval ships business
Work directly with developers or other technical teams to ensure the best possible solution is designed and agreed
Maintaining and delivering stakeholder engagement and communications plans (including developing materials), tailoring approach accordingly to change initiatives
Analyse complex technical and business problems including numerical, logical and personal and resolve the way forward
Carry out extensive use case and change impact assessments to understand the implications of moving from an as-is to a to-be
Your skills and experiences:
Experience of leading multiple projects concurrently
Understanding the design of complex solutions across enterprise applications
Experience of delivering a requirement and solution specification to the development team
Confident presenting data to senior stakeholders
Certification in Business Analysis (BSC/ISEB) or willing to achieve
Previously worked with a PML system

The Maritime team:
The Maritime team are involved in several different and varied projects around Type 26 and this exciting role will land you bang in the middle. With no day the same, you will be thinking on your feet with complex works and end to end requirement management. This role opens up plenty of opportunity to progress and grow within the team with academic certifications available.
