Job title: Project Leader (Nuclear Training)

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with stakeholders to deliver a full Systematic Approach to Nuclear Training to support LC/AC 10 Training to support the organisational strategy, nuclear training, and associated competency requirements

• Lead, line manage, mentor, and coach trainees and sub projects ensuring sensitive security protocols are supported and adhered

• Attendance and support to Nuclear Safety Committees as necessary and all associated working groups in relation to LC/AC 10 (Nuclear) Training

Your skills and experiences:

• Experience of working within a training environment
• Currently working within a nuclear area, with a strong understanding of nuclear boat build, Nuclear Hold Points and Build Phases
• Management experience, applying tactical plans related to people management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Relationship management experience and the ability to influence at all levels
