Job title: Strategy and Climate Co-Ordinator

Location: RAF Coningsby - We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements

Salary:£27,126+ (Depending on skills and experience)

What you’ll be doing:

Assure and develop the working relationships in support of promoting Sustainability, STEM and Charity activities between the TyTAN multi organisation

Manage the on-going co-ordination of EF&V activities between TyTAN and the Air EF&V and RAF Coningsby local Station Charity Teams

Manage the on-going co-ordination of STEM activities between TyTAN STEM Ambassadors and key local schools

Develop further engagement with key stakeholders at the AMA Humberside and the ASK Education Team

Develop aligned engagement with the RAF Lossiemouth teams, ensuring Corporate approach irrelevant of location

Ensure appropriate Communication routes are developed to promote all activities using local Comms screens, Monthly Comms email or TyTAN News Alerts

Your skills and experiences:

Essentials:

Appropriate engagement of key external stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood.

Previous experience of a Co-Ordinator role

Knowledge of any of the key areas of work (STEM, Charity, Sustainability)

Desirables:

Previous exposure to MOD/Defence industry

Previous exposure to Project Management work experience

The Strategy & Transformation Team:

The team has responsibility for a wide variety of activities from Future Technologies, Business Improvements, Integration and Change Management

The purpose of this role is to support the Strategy & Climate Manager as part of the Integration work, in the co-ordination of Sustainability, STEM and Charitable activities. This is across the on-base environments and Northwest BAE Systems teams; ensuring that key teams are engaged, have successful communication methods and report both into the TyTAN Teams and also into the wider organisation. Providing two-way communications and promoting all key activities planned for 2023 and onwards
