Job title: PMO Resource Planning Coordinator

Salary:£30,000 to £34,000 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
Liaise and advise with Enterprise IT Demand Planning agreeing project resource capacity, throughout the year
Support the Programme & Project recruitment process, working with the central recruitment team, preferred suppliers and Enterprise IT functional leads to embed the process
Review and analyse resource level data, capacity and utilisation alongside demand requests and provide recruitment updates for the weekly resource approval board
Manage the contingent workers process (sourcing, recruitment and extensions), feeding back any issues to help drive an effective service
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
Practiced knowledge of project management processes for control and monitoring
Commercial awareness and budget management
Competent in Project reporting and Resource Management or a related area such as Workforce Planning
Working knowledge of PM governance and assurance processes and project management practices
Proficient user of computer-based Project Management tools including MS Project, MS Office, etc
Educated to HNC or equivalent, preferably in a related discipline

The PMO Office – Planning and Mobilisation team:
The role holder has overall accountability for effectively recruiting project resources based on agreed demand planning and develop relationships and process to enhance our agility of bringing in 3rd party resources to underpin our delivery capability.This role is responsible for managing the Project Management recruitment processes and reporting for the Enterprise IT Programme & Project area, ensuring alignment with strategy, business need and objectives.
