Job title: Project Integration Lead

Salary: Up to £57,344 (dependent on skills and experience)
What you’ll be doing:
Deliver a successful Project Integration Capability across FCAS TI and FCAS AP (excluding Turkey), ensuring outputs are delivered to the CAM teams in line with the Project Reporting Calendar for onwards reporting
Build strong working relationships with the Project Control Teams to support, inform and advise them on project control data and governance in relation to its integration to the Project Control System.
Undertake analysis of project data and artefacts to produce a set of Key Reporting Metrics, identifying quality concerns and driving improvement across the PCS
Engage the PM delivery teams to understand and respond to reporting requirements for each project
Support the FCAS Toolset and Capability lead in the definition, development and delivery of training interventions for the project control teams on toolsets and processes related to the month end cycle
Work with the FCAS Toolset and Capability lead and relevant stakeholders within the FCAS Teams to ensure successful implementation of new toolsets and capabilities such as PM Compass and PTF into the Project Control System
Leading and managing 1 direct report to optimise performance, whilst conforming to legal, safety and business requirements, processes and standards

Essential:
Experience working with complex data
Proven experience using IT as part of your role
Project Management experience
APM Qualification
Desirable:
Knowledge of the Cobra toolset would be advantageous
Experience managing a small team

The FCAS Project Integration team:
The Project Integration Team informs and defines the datasets to be loaded to the project control system and provide governance oversight and independent challenge of the data outputs. The role will also work with the AIR PM Function to ensure that the system and processes are managed in accordance with the AIR level Project Control System Definition. This is an exciting opportunity to work on new projects and help identify and introduce new ways of working.
