Job title: Performance Management Information & Data Analytics Lead

Salary:£52,084+ (dependent on skills and experience)
What you’ll be doing:
Development of measures and metrics that underpin key projects
Working with internal and external stakeholders to understand effective KPI’s and how they are captured and collated
Understanding the toolsets and processes they originate from and driving efficient solutions
Working with the data management teams and shared services to build Management information dashboards
Utilise live and standardised data, which the Operational Excellence team will drive
Your skills and experiences:
Essentials:
Experience on Tableau, Power BI, ETL process, SQL, Python and Alteryx and Microsoft packages
Excellent spreadsheet knowledge and experience and ability to be work with multiple sources of qualitative and quantitative data and ability to perform analysis and interrogation
Able to lead a small project within a large, complex programme
Able to manage the full project lifecycle to ensure that, over time, the needs of customers/users continue to be met and that financial and other benefits are achieved
Consolidate expertise from multiple sources, including third party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives
Supports and promotes the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation
