Salary:£45,000 + depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Provide recruitment subject matter expertise support and guidance to the enterprise
Work across the enterprise to collate and integrate recruitment planning information, ensuring the information is fed to appropriate points of contact, e.g., HR, People Services, Critical Skills
Collaborate with peer Talent Acquisition Partners to identify where cross enterprise or sector level recruitment activities can take place
Develop and implement sourcing strategies, spanning all hire types, to meet recruitment requirements, in collaboration with the appropriate stakeholders and specialist teams
Ensure equality remains at the heart of the entire recruitment strategy and help to drive D&I initiatives across the organisation
Act as a point of escalation for our recruitment partners, People Services, Sectors and Functional Leads where resourcing challenges occur
Co-ordinate recruitment campaign requirements and oversee execution including integrated reporting to support campaign status updates
Working closely with the RPO provider to ensure recruitment objectives are attained for the business, acting as key interface and arbiter to RPO Client Service Manager’s and the business
Working with outsourced recruitment providers, CoE’s and People Services, is responsible for maintaining an in-depth understanding of the external recruitment market and integrating market insights and analytics across all hire types, whilst working closely with the Internal Mobility Team to understand internal talent pipelines to advise the Company on appropriate supply solutions
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Knowledge across the entirety of the recruitment lifecycle
Blended recruitment experience from in-house, agency, RPO, MSP or similar
Demonstrable experience as an effective and creative communicator (written & verbal)
Experience working in a large complex, matrixed environment
Ability to quickly build meaningful relationships, with strong influencing and negotiation skills, demonstrable at all levels within the organisation
Ability to prioritise multiple projects and demands

The BAE Systems Talent Acquisition Team are expanding and are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Total Talent Centre of Excellence (CoE).
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will function as a recruitment subject matter expert and will assist the enterprise in the acquisition of talent to meet enterprise strategic workforce plans and fulfil agile operational needs.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will engage the business in a consultative capacity to ensure that they have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
The role holder will be accountable for the creation & deployment of recruitment strategies and will be the initial point of contact for enterprise or sector-wide recruitment escalations & recruitment campaign requests.
