Job title: Business Relationship Manager

Salary:Circa £60,000 plus car allowance
What you’ll be doing:
Holding overall relationship with business stakeholders, to understand their needs and managing the end-to-end relationship at a senior level
Having an on-going dialogue with the business engagement team to ensure quality services are being delivered, including delivery of regular service (delivery, cost, performance) reviews
Facilitating the delivery of Financial Planning needs associated with the on-going recurring costs, one off investments and risks and opportunities relating to services provided by the Enterprise IT Delivery Stream (EIT)
Working with the business stakeholder to initiate and ensure smooth and effective transfer of project and change requirements into EIT Project Delivery teams
Working with the business to assist them in the creation of their business cases in the support of adopting or exploiting EIT delivered / proposed services and pipeline management
Delivery of reporting on costs associated with recurring and investment budgets
Reporting of financial performance, including recovery of costs from respective business stakeholders
Your skills and experiences:
Excellent knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices for Service Delivery; Relationship Management
Experience of having worked in a strategic capacity with the ability to be able to quickly understand the organisations goals and objectives
Strong financial experience, particularly with regards to budgeting, risks and opportunity management
Extensive experience managing senior stakeholders. e.g., Directors; Heads of and Senior Leaders and dispute management experience
Programme management and or business transformation experience (beneficial)

The Enterprise IT Delivery Stream (EIT) team:
As a Business Relationship Manager, you will act as the voice of the business and assist Senior Stakeholders in maximising the services and capability EIT provides. You will be responsible for ensuring the sector is heard, joint objectives are agreed and then delivered to a high standard, meeting operational and financial targets.
This role will provide you with visibility of the full range of services within both EIT and the business. You will see growth of the business area, playing a key stakeholder role working with those up to Director level. You will see projects develop and will work in this varied role alongside the other Business Relationship Managers.
