Job title: Production Planning & Controls Lead

Salary:£43,373 + dependent on skills & experience
What you’ll be doing:
Providing specialist advice, product or process knowledge and output requirements
Utilising innovation and creativity to solve problems and implement continuous improvement
Representing as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the PP&C Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) process procedures for the ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems (SAP) and Primavera 6 (P6)
Deploying, developing, creating and maintaining all relevant processes and training for CRP teams in Production Planning & Control
Deploying, governing and maintaining a robust CRP Cycle process and escalation process across the site
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
Knowledge of Planning & Project Control processes
APICS / APM qualified or relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of SAP planning systems
Competent in Microsoft packages
Drive to develop and progress your technical and leadership skills
Desirable
Understanding the systems of work within BAE
Manufacturing of Production Build Knowledge

The Production, Planning & Controls Functional team have a bird’s eye view across all Submarine Programmes and involvement in all initiatives.The team is responsible for ensuring that their standards are applied across all programmes and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
