Job title: Head of Reward – Maritime and Land

Salary: £85,000+ depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Partnering with the HR Directors within the businesses, providing specialist support and guidance as well as taking back to the centre information to inform reward solutions
Contributing to the development and deployment of rewards, best practice policies, processes, governance and supporting tools
Advising the Business & People teams & functions to influence, facilitate and implement change through insights
Provides insights and intelligence to aid the businesses to make key reward decisions and deliver on the broader HR and business strategy
Being responsible for projects to deliver agreed business/functional outcomes
Contributing to steering/working groups to deliver Centre of Expertise (COE) requirements
Working to deliver integrated business-focussed solutions
Delivering communications material and ensuring material is easily accessible in order to support in delivering the annual Reward activity cycles
Leading the development of framework, governance, education and supporting tools to ensure effective business implementation

The Reward Business Partnering team:
The Reward Business Partnering team is headed up by the Reward Director – Business Partnering and an 8 strong team of Heads of Reward, Reward Managers and Reward Partners who work to support the unique businesses within BAE to provide Reward solutions.You will work closely with Reward Leads supporting the sectors to ensure consistency is applied and solutions and cyclical reward processes are successfully implemented in the business in which you support.
As part of the Reward COE you will have support from other specialists in the Policies and Processes team as well as transformational Reward project partners who help to develop new solutions for you to deliver out to the business.We are a strong, established team of subject matter experts who work hand in hand with the business to drive our Reward Philosophy and attract, motivate and retain key talent within BAE.
