Job title: Salesforce Administrator
Location: London/Preston/Farnborough – mostly remote working with occasional visits to the office

Salary:Up to 60k dependant on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
-Support our Salesforce user community on incidents resolution via configuration changes or guidance in the following areas, but not limited to: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, RFPIO, Litmos
-Support a regular cadence of updates and hotfixes on the Sales Platform
-Perform Daily administration and support of Salesforce application including: user profiles, user roles, users, configuration of sales opportunities, processes, workflow rules, email alerts, page layouts, reports and dashboards, custom buttons
-Support mass data updates using Data loader
-Advice our users on best practices to build reports and dashboards to provide reliable, accurate, and timely visibility into SFDC data.
-Actively participate in QA and UAT activities before product releases.
-Provide End User training, run books, and documentation during roll-out.
-Document briefings and new functionality release notes
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
-Salesforce Administrator Certificate
-Knowledge of Administration of declarative configuration of the User Interface (for example: UI settings, app menu, list views, global actions, Lightning App Builder), Security controls and Salesforce sharing model (public groups, org wide default, sharing: roles, subordinates, hierarchy, report and dashboard folders) and Object architecture and relationship model (for example: standard and custom object, parent/child, master detail/lookup/junction relationships, and record types)
-Knowledge of Sales Process configuration (for example: sales process, opportunity, path, and forecast impact, leads, lead convert, lead assignment rules), Validation rules and Automation
Desirable
-Experience in training Salesforce users
-Experience in writing documentation and/or training materials
-Experience in using service/ticketing system (SNOW, Service Cloud, Jira)

The Salesforce team:
The Salesforce team is responsible for managing the portfolio of Business Systems that support Customer facing teams (Salesforce – Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, CPQ, RFPIO, Litmos, etc.) deliver their job more effectively. We work closely with business stakeholders to plan, deliver and support functionality continuously through Agile and DevOps practices.
We are looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our team on permanent basis who can apply strong problem solving and analytical skills to support our Salesforce users and ensure the platform is realising full potential for the company.
