Job title: Senior Executive Recruiter

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire: We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements and this role can be based in any UK office, with regular travel to both Farnborough and London. Occasional travel to other UK offices and some international travel may also be required – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary:Circa £75,000

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivery of Senior Executive Recruitment service for leadership positions across plc (UK & International excluding USA)
• Support and advise senior internal stakeholders including Executive Committee members and BU leadership Teams through the full recruitment process for each project
• Work with internal teams including HR, Reward, Indirect procurement, Security, Labour Law, Data Quality, Onboarding and Talent CoE to ensure seamless delivery of the service
• Lead on continuous improvement activities to deliver a first class process for candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders alike
• Manage key external relationships including Exec search suppliers, Assessment firms and supporting networking activities with a view to improving the service outcomes
• Provide evidence and reporting to support recommendations made for recruitment activity including data analysis, industry research and benchmarking
• Ensure effective governance of the service and compliance to legislation (e.g. GDPR and operational framework requirements)
• Encourage and monitor interaction with candidate care and onboarding teams to ensure a great candidate experience
• Contribute to the wider BAE Systems Talent Acquisition CoE

Your skills and experiences:

• Proven Executive Recruitment experience gained either within a search firm or in-house
• Experience in developing and delivering recruitment strategies and solutions for Executive hiring
• Experience of identifying and delivering process optimisation opportunities and driving continuous improvement
• Experienced in the use of and management of ATS systems, CRM systems, databases, analysing data, SLAs and KPIs
• Experience of managing strategic and operational projects to achieve organisational goals
• Access to a global executive-level network
• Experience of direct sourcing capability would be an advantage
• Experience of working with and managing a PSL relationship. In addition, access to a global executive-level network would be desirable
