Job title: Treasury Analyst

Salary:£50,000 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintaining a database of core bank account information/approvals for all Group accounts, managing the completion/submission/storage of required documents
- Support the processes in opening, closing and varying of the Group’s bank accounts and authorised personnel
- Support and provide cover for the Treasury Accountant, as and when required
- Support the Treasury Manager in the annual bank account review process with banks & Business Units
- Liaising with all UK/Key Markets finance and shared finance service teams to ensure compliance with Group Treasury Bank Operations policies
- Liaising with Group Legal and UK/Key Markets legal and Company Secretariat teams in provision of Power of Attorneys, Board Resolutions, etc. required by banks
- Support the set up and on-going maintenance of banking products, services and technologies for subsidiaries
- Support the Treasury Manager in ad-hoc projects, as and when required
- Communicate Group Treasury Bank Operations policies and best practices from time to time
Your skills and experiences:
Attention to detail, ideally a qualified accountant/secretary (or part qualified with the desire to fully qualify)
Experience in processing corporate and banking documents
Understanding of banking operations, technologies and regulatory compliance needed to manage bespoke and detail driven Business Unit requirements
Appreciation or experience of corporate governance, KYC, Anti Money Laundering and GDPR regulations
Personable, numerate with tech savvy mind-set and a can do approach to working towards a solution in a timely organised manner

The Group Treasury Team:
The Treasury Analyst reports to the Treasury Manager, within the Head Office function of Group Treasury. The Treasury Analyst along with the Treasury Accountant are principally responsible for the administration and oversight of all the Group’s (non US) bank accounts, related cash management products, services and credit facilities.
