Job Title: Administration Assistant (Commercial)
Location: Rochester, Kent.
Salary: £21,000 + dependent on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
Act as the interface with our customer base
You will support a project team in preparing quotations to Customers
Pursue the resultant order intake and manage contracts in line with established policies and requirements
Commercial professionals at this grade work within a team which are responsible for interpreting and communicating customer requirements
Identifying and mitigating risk and assessing opportunity
Supporting the business to manage change and deliver upon its financial commitments
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
Previous administrative experience in a customer focused role
Attention to detail
Good literacy and numeracy and MS Office skills
Desirable
Administrative experience within a commercial/ legal / sales / customer support setting
