Job title: Manufacturing Resource Planner

Salary:£45,326 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
Support the Resource Team Leader in execution of all recruitment activities in support of Manufacturing skill tags
To interface with the Line of Business to ensure that all resource changes / movements are recorded so accurate resource recommendations can be provided to senior management
Support wider team where required for campaign style recruitment activities
Responsible for maintaining resource model for given area of control.Excellent MS Excel knowledge is key
Reporting any projected resource issues through the Resource Team Leader and Resource Manager so escalations can be made in relevant meetings.
Analysis of resource models to understand where potential resource surplus or shortfalls may occur and present relevant solutions to Resource Team Leader / Resource Manager
Your skills and experiences:
Resource (Labour) Planning experience
Excellent IT skills will be required to succeed in this role (primarily MS Excel)
Excellent communication and influencing skills to provide the capability to build relationships across multi-functional teams / broad stakeholder groups.
Previous resourcing / recruitment experience
Working knowledge of Manufacturing processes.
