Salary:circa £35,000
What you’ll be doing:
Working alongside other members of the eLearning Team to create fresh, creative, innovative and accessible learning solutions for a wide variety of teams and subject matters
Creating bespoke graphics and motion graphics for explainer videos, primarily in After Effects, Premier, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Listening and understanding to internal teams’ requirements to design brilliant learning content that delivers an engaging learning experience
Adhering to our company brand identity and standards
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
A high level of working knowledge of industry standard eLearning development/authoring software tools (such as GoMo/Captivate/Articulate) and knowledge of mobile learning principles
Demonstrable experience of using established eLearning methodologies, current research, theory and practice of instructional design and web based eLearning standards and specifications (SCORM, XAPI, HTML)
Experience of course design, development and evaluation methods within a virtual/eLearning environment
Experience of creating digital content using the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Demonstrable ability with animation software such as Vyond or Adobe Character Animator
Desirable:
Degree educated
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent (or above) Digital Learning Design Qualification e.g. Level 3
Digital Learning Diploma

You will be responsible for the creation of learning content using eLearning methodologies, current research, theory and practice of instructional design and a range of creative packages, shaping, influencing and creating digital learning content.
