Job title: HR Manager
Location:Various UK locations will be considered with travel to Preston, Farnborough or Glascoed as and when required: We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: Circa £58,000 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Contribute to and identify people and organisation requirements underpinning the Integrated Business Plan within the Shared Services business areas
- Work with colleagues in the Centres of Expertise (CoE) and across the wider HR Function, to integrate and implement core HR processes i.e. Talent & Performance management, Resourcing, Reward and Employee Relations, to enable leaders to deliver the businesses goals
- Work with leaders across Shared Services, using data and insights, to coach, challenge and deliver the people and organisation agenda. Acting as a sounding board and conscience in decision making
- Leading on business organisation design and development, including change management
- Delivering on specific projects for the business, including developing a Strategic Workforce Plan
- Contributing to the identification of continuous improvement opportunities to drive for increased efficiency and effectiveness in HR delivery
Your skills and experiences:
- Proven HR Generalist /HR Business Partnering background
- Organisational Design, development and change experience
- Exposure to Employee Relations and TUPE
- Experience of working within an international matrix environment (Desirable)
- CIPD Qualification Level 7
