Job title: HR Advisor - International

Salary:£52,084+
What you’ll be doing:
Supports the Head of HR and the International HR team in the operational delivery of the individual and collective people and organisation plans
Supports the Head of HR in collating HR specific information and data to deliver International, E&I and Air sector business reporting
Supports on the implementation of the Organisational effectiveness agenda for International supporting the programme HR managers in ensuring completion against plan
Accountable for generalist HRBP activities for an International program area, responsible for planning and implementing the People Plan aligned to agreed milestones within a business
Provides operational advice on a range of employment and performance issues and business change based on business needs, working in collaboration with the appropriate CoE
Channels information to and from HR Shared Services and give guidance to the business on how and where to access appropriate support
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Having a degree in Business Management degree or equivalent qualification
Experience of understanding business requirements and translating into appropriate solutions and delivering within budget/timescales
Develop a greater understanding of how HR activity integrates and influences the performance of other areas of the business
Knowledge of HR Practice and how to apply this internally to differentiate the business from competitors
Experience of managing functional and business projects to time, cost & quality
Good understanding / interest in international labour law
Desirable:
CIPD or equivalent or experience in a Project Management field or additional PM qualification

The Air Sector HR International Team:
The HR International team are responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations. You’ll be working within a team of 8 HR Managers and you will be supporting the Head of HR international/ UK team
You will be based in the UK but have potential of international travel within this role when required
