Salary: £65,000-£70,000
What you’ll be doing:
Lead and influence the delivery of key organisational transformation programmes, to ensure the delivery and change within the Air Sector
Overall lead for organisational change, focusing on organisational design, mobilisation and best practice
Develop, implement and monitor HR Strategies which are aligned with BAE Systems objectives and employee life cycle
Creating and driving the People and Organisation Agenda to influence positive culture and increase effectiveness
Create a Talent Agenda that de-risks our Organisation and enables the future strategy
Provide solutions to complex problems, including our key resourcing challenges and strengthening of our Senior Talent
Translate and interpret data and information into Commercially focused solutions using data to influence decision making with Senior Leaders
Your skills and experiences:
Minimum Qualification of CIPD level 5 or equivalent
Experience of organisational efficiency and design
Experience of working in a Global Market / with a Global Midset
Previous experience of Business Partnering, in particular Organisational Effectiveness and Employee Relations
Proven leadership capability

The Human Resource team:
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Air Sector at BAE Systems. In this role you will be joining a team of like-minded professionals who strive for best practice across the HR Function. The Air sector team brings together the full Air Service within BAE Systems, this includes, Project Management, Digital Technology, Data and Infrastructure, Procurement Service, Design Development Test and Evaluation, and Support Services. This is a large autonomous area where you will have a visible impact on early-stage projects. With regular collaboration with some of our Senior Leaders and access to a network of HR Subject Matter Experts, you will be able to quickly build a fantastic reputation within the business, which will enable to take advantage of the endless opportunities to advance your career at BAE Systems
