Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Portsmouth - Hybrid working, onsite twice per week and must be able to travel
Salary: Up to £64,700 dependent on skills and experiences
What you’ll be doing:
Leading the development, delivery and implementation of a marketing strategy and plan for the business stream
Leading the development and delivery of specific marketing campaigns and activities to support business development and business winning priorities, campaigns, and bids in the business stream
Owning all marketing activities to ensure a proactive, planned, consistent and co-ordinated approach is delivered
Your skills and experiences:
Proven experience in business-to-business marketing experience
Proven skills in delivery and evaluation of marketing campaigns and activities
Excellent ability to develop and deliver tailored marketing strategies for clearly segmented audiences
Ability to provide expert marketing guidance to senior leaders
Strong stakeholder relationship building skills - building strong networks and influencing senior stakeholders
Excellent copy writing skills
Adept at managing multiple concurrent marketing tasks

BAE Systems Products and Training Services, Maritime Services provides the Royal Navy and International Navies with highly capable and creative mission-critical products and services. Highly effective marketing is necessary for us to continue our growth projection and to establish the brand worldwide. It can take many different forms, including thought-leadership, publications, presentations, events, and website creation, which allows us to market our goods and services as well as distinguish ourselves from the competitors. You will have the opportunity to own and implement the LoB Marketing Strategy, acting as the expert while collaborating closely within the line of business and the broader sector.
