Job title: Senior Performance Analyst

Salary:£45,326+
What you’ll be doing:
Understanding business issues and complex requirements to develop and propose analytical solutions to address performance, risk and/or affordability challenges
Working closely with functions to Verify Resource Demand data against approved supply solutions
Identifying problems and presenting solutions to improve Resource Cell reporting
Developing toolsets to best practices standards, including UX Design and selection of the best choice of tool/technique for particular contexts
Building strong and sustainable relationships with stakeholders in support of project delivery and capability development progress
Becoming a role model in the assurance that governs and regulates data analysis including V&Vs
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Business acumen and understands strategic context with the analytical skillset to be able to explore options and challenge existing practice
Enquiring mind and desire to understand what is happening across contracts/platforms and what underlying drivers influence decisions and events
Experienced user of data visualisation toolsets including Tableau or similar. Including UX design.
Highly competent in MS Excel, with proficiency for analysis at the appropriate complexity for the business context
Desirable:
Understanding of Supply / Demand Principles
Experience of using Planning Analytics
Willing to expand own technical skillset portfolio
