About the role:
A permanent opportunity now exists to join BOQ's Settlement's team. The Settlements Officer is responsible for ensuring finance new business sourced via the Network is correctly recorded and reviewed for settlement in accordance with customer needs, legal requirements and policy and procedures.
This role will suit individuals with demonstrated experience working in administration roles requiring a high level of attention to detail, compliance and process coordination.

The key responsibilities include:
- Manually record all new business requiring documentation to be prepared correctly recorded on the required platforms
- Ensure transactions are documented in accordance with customer needs, legal requirements and Policy and Procedure
- Complete tasks within Service Agreement time frames.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will have the below skills, knowledge and experience:
- Previous experience in the finance industry in Operational, Documentation or Settlement roles would be advantageous but is not essential
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including external Dealer contacts
- Must be willing to help colleagues solve complex tasks and be prepared to take the initiative to achieve team goals
- Ability to work well within a social team environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously on tasks without supervision.
