About the Role
The Digital Analytics Lead, is a new hands on role within the Digital Channels and Sales team which is a part of BOQ Group’s Retail team.
As BOQ is undertaking a Digital Transformation with customer experiences, data and digital being at the forefront, this role has an important part to play in the establishment and the continual optimisation of our digital analytics function across the digital sales and service channels.
The digital team spans across BOQ’s three main brands, BOQ, Virgin Money and ME and this role will see the successful applicant, define and establish consistent metrics across all brands for digital sales and services and create insights from the data that help support our customer’s financial fitness needs.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in delivering web, online transaction plaform and mobile analytics to stakeholders essential across sales and service journeys.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Campaign supplemented with Crazy Egg / Hotjar for online behaviour). Experience with Google Analytics, Optimizely, Google Optimize will also be considered.
- Experience using database extraction, processing and visualisation tools like SQL, Unica, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Alteryx, Cognos, SAS, SPSS, etc
- Experience coding R or Python (or similar) will be highly regarded.
- Good understanding of JS, datalayer, and how tags load on webpages
- Demonstrated ability to bring analytics to real business situations and present clear, actionable insights & recommendations.
- Organised, intelligent, responsible, and curious about the customer and digital
- Experience implementing digital analytics for high traffic eCommerce platforms (banking services desired).
- Experience of working in a multi-brand organisation is desirable.
- A working knowledge of financial products, retail banking experience desired.
