Our Program at a Glance
- A 2-week orientation program at our corporate headquarters in New York, inclusive of business overviews and training
- Three 12-14 week rotations with selected lines of business that combine learning with skill development through practical work
- On-going learning assignments that will help develop technical, professional and interpersonal skills
- Career development and networking support from a host of corporate leaders, including mentors, executive sponsors and a dedicated programme manager
- Post program employment opportunities within their functional track

Post-Program Employment
- By the end of the ELP, you will have gained an in-depth understanding of BNY Mellon and the financial markets. Successful employees will have the opportunity to be placed in a full-time role within their functional track.
Subject to availability and acceptance by the participant of the employment offer letter, these placements are based upon business needs, and the associate’s preferences and their performance.
S/he must possess excellent judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills, including demonstrated leadership and attention to detail. S/he must have strong oral and written communication skills; have the ability to be self-directed; and work in a demanding, team-oriented environment. Mathematical skills a plus. PC skills including Microsoft Office.
