The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Test Analyst with hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC) and Workday Finance implementations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, integrity, and performance of critical enterprise applications through rigorous end-to-end testing. Hands-on experience with Test Automation is required, as you will design, execute, and maintain automated test suites to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across our testing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Testing:
Conduct comprehensive testing of Workday Finance modules, ensuring all configurations, integrations, and workflows meet business and compliance standards.Test Case Development:
Create detailed and reusable test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on functional requirements and technical specifications.Defect Tracking and Resolution:
Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand system requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Regression Testing:
Conduct regression tests after updates or changes to ensure continued functionality and compliance.Automation - Hands-on experience with a test automation platform
Identify opportunities to improve test coverage and efficiency through automation.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of test results, methodologies, and defect reports to support audit requirements and facilitate knowledge sharing.
