Since we launched our Mental Health Program in 2018, there’s been a new level of openness in the way the team speaks about their mental health. Everyone here has a collective drive to reduce stigma in the workplace, making this a safe space for all our ideas and individual ways of working.

ClearScore is on a mission to empower people around the world to manage their money better.

Our product (available both on desktop & as an app) gives users free access to their full credit history, as well as other information about their finances, such as their accounts and payments. We have an intelligent marketplace, which matches users with the best financial products for them based on an analysis of their unique financial profile. We also offer free (online) coaching programmes to help users improve their overall financial health. Launched in July 2015, we are a design-led Fintech, with our HQ based in Vauxhall, London. We’ve experienced incredible growth since our launch, and we’re now live in 3 markets around the world, with 11 million users globally. Our success is largely down to the talented team here at ClearScore, whose brilliant minds, and passion for our mission have created an incredible product.

Being your best self at ClearScore

Our vision at ClearScore is that everyone, no matter what their circumstances, should be able to achieve financial wellbeing, check out what being your best self means to some of team and get some insights to what life at ClearScore is like.

Work with us to make finance clearer for everyone

ClearScore is a workplace like no other. We’ve spent the past seven years disrupting an entire industry and building a user base of millions. At the heart of this success is our culture, where we work hard, relish change and treat each other with respect—helping everyone to reach their potential and deliver results that make a difference.

We’re learning obsessed

We live by a growth mindset, so there’s tons of opportunity to build up your knowledge, mentor (or be mentored), collaborate, experiment and stretch yourself every day. We encourage everyone to have a Personal Development Plan, tailored to what you want to achieve and how we can help get you there. - Generous training allowance - Fast progression - Leadership-led training

We prioritise wellbeing

At ClearScore, we make sure we look after our team, giving them space to prioritise their wellbeing and work on their personal development. Mental and physical health have never been a tick-box exercise for us—they’re part of our DNA. Our leaders are committed to an open dialogue around wellbeing, making sure it’s a priority for the business. We provide a range of classes, mental health resources, and have a trained group of Mental Health Ambassadors on hand to support the team.

We have an inclusive culture

We built our business by creating an environment where everyone can bring their full selves to work. We want our team to feel engaged, comfortable, and healthy—and to know that they can belong here, no matter their story. We’re proudly building a diverse and inclusive team to help us build the best product features for our users. - No clock-watching culture - Generous maternity and paternity plans - Culture and inclusion representatives.

Life matters at ClearScore

If you can't find someone at their desk, they're probably running around the park or on the sofas playing board games – we encourage our team to look after themselves and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Throughout the working week, we have a range of clubs and societies on offer at lunchtime and after hours - in person and on Zoom. We currently have around 15 clubs – here are a few of them:

  • Yoga
  • Boxing
  • Basketball
  • Board games club
  • Climbing
  • Cinema club
  • Book club
  • Coffee club

The small things matter too, like

  • Private health and dental cover
  • GP office visits
  • Life assurance scheme
  • Up to 6% matched pension
  • Brown bags with guest speakers
  • Access to Perkbox
  • Dog-friendly office
  • Daily breakfast and free snacks
  • Free sports and social clubs

If you want to be part of our friendly (and did we mention, talented) family, check-out our jobs in the next page (jobs tab)

(Yes, we seriously have a dog-friendly office!)
